Armband Penholders (Catalogue Ref. PH) These Penholders attach to the epaulette of the old style Combat Jacket, Coveralls or the “Woolly Pully” and fit around the arm. Each holds five Pens with an additional pocket for a Black Horse Field Notebook, or Wallet covered with a Velcro fastened flap. They are available in DPM from stock.
