We originally designed the Identity Card Holders for runners, but soon found that the cord versions were very popular for military use. When an ID Card needs to be worn continually these holders are ideal to slip under the shirt where the ID Card will be discreet and safe. They are made for the NATO sized card. For safety reasons one end of the cord has been fitted with a velcro quick release system. This means that if the cord is put under presure it will release and avoid injury.
